3. Injection Moulding	a) Vertical injection moulding	Material : PVC / TPE / TPU Products : TPU oil seals, UV resistant seals and gaskets
4. Polyurethane mouldings	Process : Products :	Casting. High abrasion seals.
5. PVC / TPE / TPU	Process : Products :	Extrusions Medical grade PVC and phthalate free PVC tubing Exercise bands / elastics Speargun tubing and elastics Shockcord

All products manufactured at Carlin Medical Extrusions have CAD drawings. We are able to manufacture new silicone extrusion profiles/dies within 10 – 14 days depending on the quantities required. Existing profiles/dies have lead times of around 5 days depending on the quantity required. Please contact us for lead-times on mouldings.
